When and how will I get paid royalties?
Royalties can take 3 to 6 months to be processed from the end of the actual month of sale. This is due to the fact that we need to wait for the music services to process and audit all their sales figures, before we can process these statements ourselves and attribute the royalties to artists. As soon as this is done, you can access your money from the payments page and request a withdrawal.
How can I get booked through Viberate?
Registering or activating a Viberate for Artists account will get you your own booking page. There, you’ll be able to add all your booking contacts, either your own or of your booking agents. Any booking request you receive will get delivered to all the addresses provided, and all further communication will take place via email. Viberate will not take any commission on your booking fee.
How many playlist curators will I be able to pitch?
We currently have direct contact to 600+ playlist curators, with our database growing daily. For the curators we don’t have direct contact to, we still provide you with info such as social media links or links to other platforms they use. Your Viberate for Artists plan includes 10 playlist pitches per month.
What kind of analytics will I be able to see?
By going Premium, you’ll be able to see the complete analytics pages for every artist and festival in our database. You’ll also be able to access all our artist, festival and playlist charts, and use their functionalities. If you claim your artist page, we’ll also give you access to your own track analytics.
Who is eligible for an advance?
Advances are primarily intended for DIY artists who need upfront financing to develop their careers. Tracks eligible for an advance generally need to be older than 1 year and must have gained at least 100,000 streams in the past 12 months. However, eligibility and advance size are always determined on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage every interested artist to request an offer.
