ViberatePrivacy Policy — Viberate MCP Connector
This Privacy Policy describes how Viberate, d.o.o. (registered in Slovenia at Litostrojska 40, 1000 Ljubljana, VAT SI37268171, hereafter "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Viberate MCP Connector ("the Connector") within Anthropic's Claude products.
This policy applies specifically to the Connector. Use of Viberate's main website, REST API, dashboard, or other products is governed by https://www.viberate.com/privacy-and-cookie-policy/.
1. Summary
The Viberate MCP Connector gives Claude access to Viberate's music industry data on your behalf, and lets you manage your Viberate subscription from inside Claude. When you connect it, we receive tokens that identify you and serve requests against your Viberate account. We do not receive your Claude conversations — only the specific tool calls Claude sends to us.
What we collect: account identifiers, authentication tokens, parameters of tool calls, subscription/billing data via Stripe, operational logs.
What we don't collect: your Claude conversation history, prompts, responses, or content unrelated to tool calls.
Why: to authenticate, serve requests, enforce limits, process payments via Stripe, prevent abuse, improve service.
How long: account data for life of account; operational logs 30 days; billing records per tax law.
Data retention summary
- Account information — Life of account; deleted 30 days after deletion
- Tool call logs — 30 days
- Error logs — 30 days
- Subscription records — Life of subscription; 30 days after cancellation
- Billing records — As required by EU/SI tax law (~10 years)
