oddFelix started out as a high school, free-period rapper, and slid into spoken word, doing a couple of applauded performances before meeting J19.

After a couple of performances in major cities around Nigeria, he put out a couple of spoken word and rap singles with themes around growing up, childhood, love, and perseverance.

He then started Bigger Street, with the aim of helping some spoken word artists in Calabar gain some level of exposure. Bigger Street opened up to other genres and attracted artists Ade Amuda, Pej, and K.O.P Vibes.

He has staged five editions of his own listening party called oddmas, which also served as release parties for his projects, mostly singles about his age.

He put out his first EP, Odd For President, in late 2022. It includes the fans' favorite, Fight (with Joy Njan), and his favorite song by himself, I. His first album, Buttons & Zips, was released in 2024 and features his girlfriend Endurance Igbru, Nigerian poet Loveth Liberty and his brother Kijie.
