Elia Malik

Elia Malik is a Burundian gospel artist and music producer, born in Tanzania and raised in the United States. His musical journey began in 2008 when he first entered the music scene as a hip-hop artist. After more than a decade in the secular music world, Elia experienced a transformative spiritual awakening that led him to rededicate his life and music to God. In 2024, he made a bold transition to gospel music and later that year released his debut gospel EP, Shukurani featuring three tracks, including a piano version and an instrumental. On January 3, 2025, he brought the project to life visually with the release of the music video for the piano version. The song resonated deeply with audiences, sharing a personal testimony of God’s grace and the many ways He has guided Elia throughout his journey.
